Administration

Responsibilities:

Administration Staff is responsible for all-round daily administration, such as handling invoices, phone calls, purchasing, administration of customers account, provide support for administrative task on ad-hoc basic.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial, Journalism or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or Data Entry Personnel.
  • 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
