STAFF DEALER DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:

  • Achieve service activity target (unit & amount sales)
  • Dealer Standardization; Management, Facility and Dealer Activity
  • Increase Customer Satisfaction


Qualification :

  • Male, age 23-30 years
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Management
  • Experience min 2 years in automotive industry, especially in Developing Dealer/Branch
  • Good negotiator, able to guide and good explanatory
  • Active English communication skill
  • Willingness to traveling to visit Hino branches all location.


TECHNICAL INSTRUCTOR SUPERVISOR
General Qualifications :

  • Male, age 23 - 27 years
  • Bachelor degree/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical engineering
  • Having course/sertificate in Automotive, Training for Trainer, and related field
  • Good technical analyze, able to guide, and good explanatory
  • Min experience 2 years in same field
  • Good English communication


MEDIA RELATION & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST
Requirements :

  • Female, age 22-32 years
  • Bachelor degree in Communication
  • Experience 2 years as a Journalist and as a Public Speaker
  • Good communication and strong analytical writing in English
  • Friendly, cooperative and professional


HR ADMIN & PAYROLL STAFF
 Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Process calculation related to payroll (absences, overtime, medical, leave, attendance, travelling expense, etc.) ensure that it’s finished on time to support payroll process
  • To maintain filing management of personnel database
  • To maintain and manage HR correspondence and administration


Requirements:

  • Female, 22-26 years
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/Computer Accounting
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
  • Good knowledge in payroll
  • Able to use HR Management system
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Good communication in English.


SUPERVISOR DEALER DEVELOPMENT
Responsibilities:

  • Achieve service activity target (unit & amount sales)
  • Dealer Standardization; Management, Facility and Dealer Activity
  • Responsible to improve Workshop Dealers Operation & Customer Satisfaction


Qualification :

  • Male, age 26-33 years
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Management
  • Experience min 2-3 years in automotive industry, especially in Developing Dealer/Branch
  • Good planner, negotiator, able to guide and good explanatory
  • Active English communication skill
  • Willingness to traveling to visit Hino branches all location.


STAFF BODY MAKER (BUS SPECIALIZATION)
Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to handle aspect related to Body Maker
  • Conduct activity and improvement for Body Maker quality and performance
  • Maintain good relationship with Body Maker


Qualification :

  • Male, age 22-30 years
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree in automotive engineering
  • Experience min 2 years in maintain relationship with Body Maker, Customer and Supplier.
  • Experience in handle problem related to Body Maker
  • Active English communication skill
  • Willingness to traveling.
