An excellent opportunity for Safety â€" Admin has arisen to join our HSE Dept team. Residentially based in Sangatta Mine Project and reporting to Safety Coordinator. You will you ensure to record and file all of OHS (Occupational Health Safety) inspection, audit, incident investigation and other reports as a part of OHS system compliance, and to support admin job at Safety Department.
The scopes of your role will include but not limited to Manage Safety document control system; recording and updating Monthly Mining Safety Focus; communicating and monitoring the follow up action of inspections, on spot monitoring, audit and SBO; recording data implementation of TCI behavioral safety programs (SBO, Amankan, Hazard report); maintain accurate safety performance records;Â communicating safety information and HSE alert and data analysis to all sections; ensure that T-Safe is used to capture all site safety data; ensure all project T-Safe data is accurate and up to date; facilitate and formation and functions of the safety committee.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum Diploma Degree in relevant field (OHS), Previous experience in Safety Admin/ administrative role; technical knowledge in TCI obligations and standards, Thiess Management Systems; Statutory requirements, familiar with Safety management at all levels; good Computer literacy, having strong motivation, English proficiency spoken and written, supportive, communicative, hard worker, team player, and able to work under pressure are preferred
