The main activities of the Group in PT. Lintas Multi Benua include the exploration, mining and sales of mineral commodities, such as coal, bauxite, iron ore, gold, copper, nickel, antimony, manganese and other natural resource products. We are currently seeking

HR & GA Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handling HR&GA administrative (prepare employee matters announcement, calculating overtime, employee services, etc)
• Support to develop HR Policies and Procedure (Training, Recruitment, Appraisal, Compensation benefit, etc)

Requirements:

• Female, age below 30 years old
• Holding min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, Industrial Engineering
• Preferably experienced in HR & GA at least 2 years
• Able to create and develop concepts and strategies of human resource management
• Having good knowledge of HR Procedures, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulations, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling & General Affairs
• Computer literate Microsoft windows, Offices, and HRGA software
• Placement in Jakarta and  able travel to remote areas
• Proficiency in English
• Proactive, detail and concern with accuracy
• Having good communication and interpersonal skill
