Distributor Development Supervisor
Report to: Distributor Development Manager
Responsibilities:
- Supervising the implementation of company initiatives / programs related to distributors route to market
- Monitoring the distributor performance according the company strategy and following up with necessary corrective actions
- Analyzing the distributors performance to create the recommendation or action plans and get approval from Distributor Development Manager prior to execution
- Liaise with distributor’s team to achieve sales target within the assigned territory
Work location : Medan (Code: DDS-Medan), Jakarta (Code: DDS-Jakarta), Surabaya (Code: DDS-Surabaya), Makassar (Code: DDS-Makassar)
General Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
- Having minimum 2 years experience as sales or sales supervisor
- For distributor development supervisor, having experience in handling sales and distributor management from FMCG
- Good at leadership, communication, negotiation and achievement orientation skills
