Document Control Unit Officer (code: CDSD)
Responsibilities:
- To check Account Opening / Alteration
- To serve customer or other department with other inquiries related to
- customer’s account To input customer’s information and document into T24 and
- CDMS systems To always keep customer’s file in order
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Law, Economics, Banking/Finance/Business with GPA
- Minimum 3.00 from reputable University.
- Having minimum 1 year experience as Customer Service/Teller in Banking
- Male/Female, maximum age is 27 years old Fluent in English both writing and speaking
- Good computer literate Having good communication skill, interpersonal skill, hardworking, multi tasking, can work fast, neat and thorough.
