Customer Service Transport Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Represent good image of the company by mediating between customer enquiry and transport operation capability
- Handle customer in order to minimize level of customer complaint
- Improve DHL KPI due to his function in service area
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a BachelorĂ¢s Degree, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS office, good communication skill, have knowledge in transportation management,Ă‚ Determine, energetic and self motivated Represent good image of the company by.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
