Recruitment Officer

Qualification :

• Female, Max 28 years old
• S1 in Psychology
• Minimal 1-2 years working experience in a similiar position
• Computer literate, excellent communication skills
• Strong familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
• Good understanding with HR matters
• Good understanding  about a psychological test, interpretation, interview technique and scoring Fast learner, discipline and independent
• Good interpersonal & communication skill, analytical thinking and problem solving
• Working to work hard, honest & strong self initiative, and team work compatible
