Job Descriptions:

  • Recruited suitable candidates for vacancies generated by client organizations.
  • Managed the entire recruitment process after training, including sourcing vacancies and candidates, matching candidates to vacancies, and referring candidates to clients.
  • Canvassed employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements.
  • Build, managed, and developed client relationships through face-to-face meetings and regular contact.
  • Sourced the best candidates through effective advertising and marketing using headhunting, cold calling, networking, advertising, websites, etc.
  • Screened and interviewed candidates and assesses their needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma Holder.
  • 3 years relevant experience in recruitment.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Based in Bogor
  • Able to work hard and under presure

1.    Memenuhi target sales yang telah ditetapkan oleh manajeman BSM, terhadap penjualan produk-produk konsumer BSM
2.    Melakukan aktifitas sales seperti presentasi, kanvasing dan menjelaskan produk, biaya serta program guna meyakinkan calon nasabah untuk melakukan appointment dan mengajukan aplikasi.

5.    Membuat laporan harian, mingguan dan bulanan untuk dilaporkan pada saat pertemuan dengan Area Sales Manager agar Area Sales Manager mendapat laporan yang akurat, tepat, informatif dan dapat diyakini kebenarannya.
6.    Menjaga nama baik BSM dengan menerapkan budaya, sistem dan peraturan intern perusahaan untuk dijalankan secara optimal

  1. Review payment report.
  2. Review monthly bank balance and daily reconciliation
  3. Closing finance payment / A/P module, maintain and monitor budget division

  1. University degree in accounting, economics or finance from Top Five University (local & overseas)
  2. At least 1 years working experiences in Financial Institution handling finance OR general accounting

  5. Working hours mostly: Mon-Fri at 12 pm-8 pm, Saturday at 9 am-3 pm
  6. Having teaching experience or teaching TOEFL experience will be an advantage
  7. Please write the score if you took a test such as Cambridge Exam / IELTS / TOEFL (IBT or PBT) / TOEIC
  8. Able to commit to a minimum of one year contract
