Technical Service (QA) Officer

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve complaints
• Performs trending of product quality complaints to identify changes that indicate need for investigation or to indicate verification of corrective actions previously implemented.
• Identifies high-level complaints or incidents that may have significant impact on the company and forwards for further review to Technical Service Section Head
• Provides documentation of product compliments, inquires and complaints
• Maintains and monitors listening posts for feedback from internal and external Customers.
• Performs product complaint investigation, root cause analysis, and may contribute to corrective / preventive action for product quality complaints.
• Assist Marketing Section to provide knowledge about the product to customers and prospective customers

Requirements:

• Male
• Age Max 30 years old
• Bachelor degree (S1) from Chemical or Industrial Engineering, with min. GPA 3.00 (4 scale) from reputable university
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Computer literate
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Have strong personality, high initiative, and able to work under pressure
• Experience in converting industry is preferable, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Understanding implementation of 7 QC tools
• Willing to be placed in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat

Tata Cara Pendaftaran :


Badan Narkotika Nasional Tahun Anggaran 2012 akan menerima pendaftaran Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan Badan Narkotika Nasional, dengan ketentuan sebagai berikut :

1. Calon pelamar di seluruh Indonesia wajib melakukan pendaftaran secara online ke alamat website http://cpns.bnn.go.id

a. Calon Pelamar Formasi BNN Pusat.

Calon Pelamar mendaftar melalui website, setelah mengisi form registrasi yang telah tersedia maka pelamar dapat mencetak tanda bukti pendaftaran.
Tanda bukti pendaftaran dan lamaran lengkap dikirim ke Kantor BNN â€" Biro Kepegawaian dan Organisasi Settama Jl. MT. Haryono No. 11 Cawang Jakarta Timur.
b. Calon Pelamar Formasi BNN Propinsi/ BNN Kab-Kota.

Calon Pelamar mendaftar melalui website, setelah mengisi form registrasi yang telah tersedia maka pelamar dapat mencetak tanda bukti pendaftaran.
Tanda bukti pendaftaran dan lamaran lengkap dikirim ke Kantor BNN â€" Biro Kepegawaian dan Organisasi Settama Jl. MT. Haryono No. 11 Cawang Jakarta Timur.
2. Pendaftaran dimulai pada tanggal 27 Juli 2012 pkl 8.00 WIB sampai dengan tanggal 3 Agustus 2012 pkl 24.00 WIB.

3. Pelamar hanya dapat mendaftarkan pada satu Formasi berdasarkan KTP domisili Wilayah Propinsi tempat mendaftar (kecuali Formasi BNN Pusat).
