Lowongan Kerja 2012 Torishima Guna Engineering sebagai Recruitment Staff. Torishima Guna Engineering is an Indonesian joint venture between Torishima Pump Mfg. Co. Ltd. of Japan and Guna Elektro of Indonesia. Established in 1984 as Pumps Manufacturer, currently we are expanding our businesses to serve the oil & gas, power generation and infrastructure markets. In order to support our operations, we are currently looking for candidates who search for long term career and have strong commitment to growth together with the company.

Recruitment Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Handle email, online and mail responses
  • Arrange incoming applications to their file locations and rearranging the CVs
  • Check the candidates’ availability
  • Arranging interview schedules with the candidates
  • Conduct phone screening or face to face interview with the candidates
  • Conducting post placement reviews and procedures
  • Managing, administering and developing the company’s database for both candidates and users
  • Conduct reference check for candidate (if needed by users)

Requirements:

  • Female , age around 23-28 years old
  • Min. Bachelor Degree from Psychology from reputable university
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Having knowledge in psychology’s testing tools and interview technique
  • Strong analytical thinking and concern with the people development
  • Look attractive, Resilient and Agility, Flexible and Communicative
  • Familiar with MS
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kawasan Industri Pulogadung.
  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
