- Education min Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology
- Fresh graduate / Having min 1 year experience in recruitment
- Having knowledge and able to administer a variety of psychological test tools specifically for company
- Having good communication skill and able to cooperate within a team
- Computer literate (MS Office & Internet)
- Target Oriented
- Willing to conduct travel bonds around Bank Sinarmas working area acrossIndonesia
